Key Responsibilities
- **Assist in understanding client business needs and HR processes.**:

- Participate in requirement gathering and documentation.
- **Support the configuration and testing of HR and Payroll modules.** Help prepare training materials and support user training sessions.
- **Assist consultants during solution demonstrations and client meetings.**:

- Provide support during system testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
- **Collaborate with technical and product teams for issue resolution**

What You’ll Learn
- Hands-on experience in HR and Payroll system implementation.
- Understanding of HR modules such as Core HR, Leave, Time Management, Compensation, and Employee Information.
- Exposure to project management methodologies and enterprise software delivery.
- Communication and consulting skills working with international teams and clients.

Who Can Apply
