**Position: Laboratory Assistant - Chemistry**

**Salary: RM 1700 - RM 2300**
**Location: Seksyen 51A, Petaling Jaya**

**Job Scopes**:
1) To assist in laboratory analysis, testing and administrative duties;
2) Assist the Chemists on assigned laboratory diagnostics testing;
3) Able to perform jobs with minimum errors - works neatly and with accuracy regardless of volume of work especially in reporting the results;
4) Responsible to assist in analysis on supporting laboratory testing and development activities;
5) Responsible to maintain updated records of laboratory stock level by conducting regular checking;
6) Assisting in maintaining condition of laboratory equipment;
7) Performs other duties as requested by the Laboratory Officer Supervisor or Laboratory Manager;
8) Assist sample collection at customer site;
9) Assist other sections in laboratory analysis, reporting or documentation if required;
10) Assist in housekeeping and cleaning if required.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in Chemistry or its equivalent in science background.
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Competent in Microsoft Office; Excel & Word.
- Knowledge in ISO 17025 will have an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Possess own car and driving license have an added advantage.
