Customer Experience Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming inquiries from customers through multiple channels.
- Handle outgoing communications to the intended customers through a dedicated channel.
- Follow standard ticket management and escalation process.
- Assist customers inquiry related but not limited to the company products.
- Adhere to strict operation hours and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Work in flexible timings.
- Anticipating customer needs and proactively engaging with them.
- Willing to assign in out-station working when necessary.
- To handle any ad-hoc tasks given by the Superior when required.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree Holder
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
- Able to communicate & write in English and Bahasa
- Able to work in shift/ remotely
- Familiar with Incident Ticket Lifecycle
- Familiar with CRM

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
