Compensation and Benefits Manager

**Job Description**:
- Participate in salary & benefits survey with vendors & gather market data on compensation related matters.
- Conduct external industry analysis to ensure that compensation remain relevant for the business and is market-competitive
- Provide guidance to NOCs on forecasted salary increment using consistent & reputable HR consultants and vendors
- Give advice on proposing compensation package (including benefits) for senior leaders and expats
- Implement effective reward programs in the region on an economy of scale
- Supports NOCs in designing salary framework (sales incentive, salary structure and benefits) to cater to the diverse needs of staff in order to attract and retain staff
- Conduct annually on DOW Jones, insurance and any other matter (all survey & market research)
- Handle all expatriate management in APAC region
- Responsible for workforce planning and organising of workshops in the region
- Support Supervisors on projects assigned
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's Degree (or Diploma) with 10 yrs of Compensation & Benefits experience
2. Independent, Analytical, self - initiated with a bottom-up approach & continuous improvising mindset & a calm nature are essential attributes.
3. Ability to clasp concept fast, detail oriented and digital savvy
4. Strong in communication & experience in presentation is a must
5. Liaise with mid level managers
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
