This role exists to:

- Responsible for the safe and efficient utilization of resources to deliver products. This is achieved through efficient and effective operational planning and scheduling in response to customer and supplier requirements.
- This position has primary responsibility for the activity of vehicle and drivers.
- Responsible to monitor R&M of trucks and send for service / repair.
- Monitor ASTRATA GPS on trucks movement and rescheduling driver working planner as per truck arrival.
- Monitor and key-in KM reading and fuel record of trucks
- Prepare driver’s log sheet
- Manage driver roaster schedule daily
- Responsible in managing Petty Cash for daily operations.
- Prepare the VCR for Prime Mover maintenance to Volvo and VCR for Hopper Tanker maintenance to ITG
- Responsible to communicate with ITG/VOLVO/Ban Loong workshops if there’s truck breakdown on the road or tyre issues.
- Responsible to prepare the consignment notes, PDC and form OTI to drivers who loading the product at RPCM and drivers who unloading product at Recron, Nilai.
- Responsible to updating all operational filling system for Audit purposes.
- Responsible to update Daily Night report when duty on Night shifts.
- Responsible to communicate with drivers to keep them updated with their schedule for delivery
- Updating Lindis system base on drivers working hours/schedule.
- Updating trucks PDC issues summary for audit purposes and repair maintenance.
- To liased with Fleet department on truck/hopper licensing, Puspakom inspection & Road tax.
- Planning on Schedule maintenance with fleet department.
- Prepare daily scheduling and planning
- Effectively allocate daily vehicles requirements
- Ensure fleet are maintains according to R&M contract commitment.
- Ensure the maintenance of Linfox standards with respects to presentation of site, staff and equipment.
- Effectively manage DWH in conform with customer RT-HSSE policy
- Attend Safety meeting on a fortnight basis
- Monitors and supports the activities of drivers to ensure the customer expectation are met
- Maintains positive relationships with customer personnel on site
- Coordinates between customer, staff and distribution representative
- Records and reconcile payroll information, such as overtime, allowances, leave, roasters and etc.
- To monitor Drivers OBC violations

**Job Requirement**
- Must be trained and equipped with RT-HSSE knowledge
- Substantial experience in a range of aspects of direct store delivery operations, particularly as a driver
- Detailed knowledge of operations planning and scheduling
- Familiarity with data management and interpretation on the in house logistic, software
- Technical understanding of vehicle capacity and load maxization factors
- Familiarity with regional transport routes
- Experience in communication and people management skills.
- A demonstrated capacity to keep abreast of new technologies in the areas of transport, loading and scheduling
- This position report to Asst. Manager / Contract Manager.
- This position is responsible for operations in conjunction with another supervisor. This position directly supervises permanent site drivers and other company drivers, sub-contractors as required on consecutive 12-hour shifts rotating on a fortnightly basis.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
