Admin Housekeeping Supervisor

**Responsibilities**_:
- Assist the Facility Manager team in performing routine inspections to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Manage client bookings for meeting rooms, ensuring smooth arrangements and prompt communication.
- Handle and oversee various projects related to housekeeping and facility improvements.
- Supervise the housekeeping and landscape teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Prepare and manage attendance records and payroll for the housekeeping staff.
- Compile and present monthly reports on Housekeeping and Facility operations, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Keep accurate records and manage petty cash claims for landscaping services and facility-related expenses.
- **Requirements**_:_
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of working experience in housekeeping management, facility management, or a related field.
- Passionate about the role and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask, particularly assisting the facility team in managing meeting room bookings.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage housekeeping and landscape teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willing to relocate to Dell Cyberjaya.
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, facility management, or related fields.
- Good communication and leadership skills, with an eye for detail and maintaining a high-quality work environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
