**Primary Objective**:
To support the Section Head of Group and Regulatory Reporting to ensure accurate and reliable report to the stakeholders, (eg. The management, Directors, Investors etc) on a timely manner, in order for them to review evaluate and make strategic decisions and to submit accurate reports to regulatory bodies (eg. Bank Negara Malaysia, Bursa and Securities Commission).
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare financial reports for RHBIB Entity and Group and related schedules to enable reporting to the Board, Senior Management and Group Finance, including:

- Group Financial Reports
- Monthly Financial Reports
- Business/Functional Pillar Reporting
- Prepare Regulatory Reports and related schedules for RHBIB Entity and RHBIB Group for reporting to regulators i.e. BNM, Bursa and the Securities Commission, including
- Annual Statutory Financial Statements
- Quarterly Financial Statements
- Periodic BNM/Bursa/SC statistical reporting
- Assist with query from the regulators / external auditors
- Assist with the appointment of external auditors including audit fees
- Assist in the roll out of new accounting standards and BNM regulation in relation to financial reporting
- Participate in initiatives which require RHBIB Entity and Group level financial information e.g.
- Based prospectus for Structured Warrants
- Renewal of insurance contracts
- Oversee all financial reporting requirement for selected RHBIB Group subsidiaries

Any other ad-hoc request by the superiors
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Diploma or Degree holder.
- Any professional accounting qualification

Min 1 year with relevant working experience
- Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Good team player
- Good in Microsoft Excel, Power point and Word skills
