**ABOUT JANIO**

**THE CHALLENGE**

We’re looking for a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves type of leader who enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced and high impact environment. You should have an entrepreneurial and motivated mindset, with a strong interest in combining logistics with new technologies. **THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Responsible for liaising directly with customers on enquiry & issues.
- Work with network partners to improve processes and rates.
- On-board new network partners.
- Taking ownership of complaints and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
- Ensuring that all customers’ queries are well-investigated and resolved and escalating queries if appropriate to the supervisor.
- Maintain records in accordance with company procedure.
- Assist commercial team with quotations and operation knowledge.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Demonstrated supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Good networking with local freight-forwarding providers is advantageous
- Fluency in written and verbal English is a must.
- Preferably able to speak mandarin fluently to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
- Able to work shift hours and 5.5 days’ work week.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
