HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATION
- To prepare HR official letters as and when requires by the Clients.
- To do filing all the documents accordingly & systematically.
- To provide HR personal file to the Client when there is newly joined employees.
- To handle Leave Management. (Client’s Accounts).
- Receives and coordinates requests for leave report and movement.
- To liaise with Clients’ representative with regards to HR and Payroll matters.
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws. (Employment Act 1955)
- To pick-up calls and answers calls as well as _whatsapps _from the Clients.
- Handle changes in exemptions, job status and job titles.
- To key in data, to calculate to, to prepare documents to courier to Clients.
- To make sure Clients Employee Handbook is up to date to the latest Amendment of Employment Act.
- To monitor Clients staff movement in terms of newly joined, confirmation, contract basis, resigned staff, exit interview and performance evaluations.
PAYROLL MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION
- To prepare Monthly Payroll under custodian.
- Make sure Monthly Salary Report obtained or reach the KPI which set by the Client.
- To calculate overtime claim accurately.
- Process Clients’ payroll every pay period and print payslip for the Clients’ employees.
- Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering all information, calculating and inputting data accordingly.
- Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits and taxes.
- Answers Clients’ questions about wages, deductions, attendance and time records.
- Adheres to the payroll policies and procedures and complies with the relevant law.
- Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.
To work with minimum supervision.
- Any ad hoc work as assigned which relates to the nature of the position.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 per month
