**A) PACKING**
- Check and order packing material for the next incoming customer shipment.
- Check stock Bolt,Nut and washer for the next incoming customer shipment.
- Prepare Packing List for outgoing shipment before start packing process.
- Prepare Bolt,Nut,Washer to pack by operator before start packing process.
- Prepare Shipment Checklist for each outgoing shipment and make sure verify by QC department.
- Ensure the all packed goods are packed and labelled in correct way as per customer packing instruction.
- Ensure on time delivery of quality procedures.
- Assist Operator loading and unloading of goods.
- Check, monitor and supervise packing of goods.
- Ensure all the WIP from previous process have a Roadbook and Green Card before start packing.
- Update Packing Roadbook into SAP system

**B) WAREHOUSE**
- Handle receiving of Import Bolt,Nut,Washer and Packing Material.
- Monitor and maintain the level of packing materials in stock.
- Prepare Weekly Stock Report for Import Nut and Washer.
- Prepare Weekly Stock report for Packing material.
- Maintaining records of stock transaction (Stock Card) in proper way.
- Ensure proper storage based on FIFO system of quality procedures.
- Control, arrange and checking of stock according to approved procedures.
- Yearly Stock Take(31st December)
- Manpower arrangement.
- Maintain 5S housekeeping in warehouse area.
- To follow and abide by all the company’s policy, rules and regulation at all time
- Prepare Weekly attendance for Warehouse department

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Know how to use Microsoft Office
- Know how to drive forklift
- Can work in shift or overtime if needed by HOD
- Have a basic knowledge in inventory handling and monitoring

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
