**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements through various platforms (e.g., job portals, social media, career fairs).
- Conduct reference checks and assist in preparing job offers and employment contracts.
- Support employer branding activities and represent the company at recruitment events.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, relevant employment laws, and data protection regulations.
- Ad-hoc task when needed.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or any other related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Interested in the recruitment field.
- Willing to outstation for career fair/event when needed.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
