Fast Hiring Fine Dining Japanese Restaurant (Pork Free)

Position: Kitchen Crew
Location : Bukit Bintang

Working Days: 6days per week

Operating Hours: 14:00 - 23:00 (22:30 Last Order)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and assembling ingredients.
- Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as slicer and fryers safely and efficiently.
- Cook and plate food items according to established standards and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and monitoring food supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors or chefs and communicate any issues or concerns promptly.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to improve culinary skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen supervisors and chefs.
