**Role Description**:
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, retail sales, customer experience, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

Duties and responsibilities include:

- Selling and promoting products to both existing and new clients (Shop to Shop)
- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
- Monitoring competitors’ sales activities
- Expanding the company to new markets
- Coldcalling potential clients to close daily sales
- Coordinating sales efforts with other departments
- Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential

new products or services, and competitive activities

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in face-to-face sales or Telesales
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Customer Experience and Customer Service skills
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Good in calculations

**Requirements**:

- Possess own transportation
- Willingness to travel within state
- Ability to speak in Malay
- Mandarin or Tamil speaking are plus

- Nationality Malaysian

RM2,200-5,500 (Basic + Commission)

Working Hours : Monday-Sat (9.45am-6.00pm)
