IT Manager

**IT MANAGER**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team lead for ERP systems**, ensuring seamless data flow between production, quality, and business systems while maintaining cybersecurity frameworks for industrial environments.
- **Lead and develop IT team**, providing mentorship and establishing IT service management processes following ITIL frameworks.
- **Drive digital transformation**, including IoT sensor integration, predictive analytics, automated data collection systems, and real-time production monitoring platforms to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- **Ensure compliance with semiconductor industry standards** including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, customer-specific IT requirements, and manage IT audit processes with quality assurance teams.
- **Develop annual IT budgets and capital expenditure plans**.
- **Coordinate with global IT teams** and regional headquarters to ensure consistent technology standards, knowledge sharing, and alignment with international operations.
- **Lead IT disaster recovery and business continuity planning**, conducting regular testing and updates while providing strategic IT consultation to senior management on technology investments and operational improvements.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field** with minimum 8-10 years of progressive IT management experience, including at least 5 years in manufacturing environments, preferably semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
- **Proven expertise with manufacturing IT systems** including ERP and industrial automation systems, plus strong background in enterprise infrastructure management with virtualization and cloud platforms.
- **Demonstrated leadership experience** managing IT team with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, including ability to interact with international teams and present to executive leadership.
- **Understanding of manufacturing processes**, with experience in cybersecurity for industrial environments.

Pay: From RM8,800.00 per month
