**Position Title: Inside Sales Representative**

This is an inside sales position where you will handle inquiries from both corporate and individual customers using our popular social media advertising services (such as service details and operating methods), as well as introduce and sell services to new customers.

Training will be conducted after joining the company, tailored to each individual's level of understanding, so please rest assured. Contracts are renewed annually, with many instances of renewal based on performance.

The dress code is flexible, and we hold internal events to create a vibrant work environment for our employees.
- Explain and sell advertising services to customers.
- Support the introduction of advertising services to customers and conduct training as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Analyze progress in advertising reviews and report account progress to customers.
- Create and propose documents to improve advertising effectiveness to customers.
- Provide optimization advice to further increase advertising expenditures.
- Collaborate with various departments and clients to develop and sell new services and programs.

**Desired Skills and Experience** **Must-Have**:

- Experience in customer service or sales
- Interest and motivation in inside sales
- Bachelor's degree
- Business-level English

**Personality Requirements**:

- High problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
