**Job Summary** : Carry out duty to perform service maintenance on barcode printers on customer's site. Technician also required to maintain all office's computer. The position requires travelling and own possession of vehicle.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To carry out maintenance, diagnose faults and carry out repairs on barcode printers.
- To attend breakdowns, diagnosis of problem and resolve issues at customer's site (including outstations)
- To communicate well with customer on their concerns.
- To ensure smooth performance on machines and report on any concerns to management.
- To prepare service and record documentations.
- To involve in installation of printer's hardware and software.
- Able to multitask and help out in label production.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum SPM and equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess knowledge in IT (software and hardware) and networking.
- Able to troubleshoot and install CCTV.
- Good documentation and record keeping.
- Possess own car and valid class driving license.
- Able to communicate well with customer, professional, and independent.
- Preference will be given to those with experience with barcode printers.
- Training will be given.
- Willing to travel and work overtime when required.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
