Responsible for sourcing & purchasing function based on documented procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Assists in creating purchase orders, obtain approval and monitor/follow-up on delivery and ensure of compliance with company policy and procedures.
Assists in PO tracking and closure.
Involve in discussion with stakeholders.
Presentation of status and projects.
Weekly work status updates to superior.
Supporting buyers to carry out tasks on time.

EXPECTATION ON SOFT SKILLS
High integrity, positive attitude, self-starter, team player, good communication skills, and good working ethic.
Adhere to work processes based on the documented procedures.
Responsible and reporting to work on time.

QUALIFICATION / EDUCATION
Diploma or Degree in Business Administrative, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or Science.
