Handle and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery coordination with production and logistics teams.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Coordinate and follow up on order status, lead times, and shipment schedules with relevant internal departments.
- Manage and update customer databases, pricing information, and product catalogs.
- Assist the sales team in preparing reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates on orders and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning and warehouse teams on stock availability.
- Support internal communication across departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Assist with ad-hoc sales administration tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Malaysian citizen.
- Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
