**DJI Malaysia is hiring Customer Support Associate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly target by selling product through E-commerce platform.
- Work within an established customer and own a dedicated territory.
- Develop the expertise to provide accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecast.
- Effectively partner and build relationships with external clients.
- Provides excellent service to clients from greetings and inquiries to requests and complaints to achieve satisfaction.
- To process customer’s Purchase Orders, Billing, etc for E-commerce platform.
- To liaise with customers and warehouse/ HQ on stocks, orders and shipments arrangement.
- Liaise with technical team on quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
- To organise logistics and deliveries with related parties.
- To attend customer’s enquiries on time and in a professional manner.
- To keep records and maintain proper filing system.
- Prepare monthly and periodic reports for E-commerce sales team.
- Manage basic objection handling with customers
- Following up end-to-end sales procedure.
- Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by HOD

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Fresh graduates with strong passion to learn will be considered.
- Work half day Saturday alternatively.
- Excellent communication skill.
