Receptionist Admin Assistant

**Location**: [Wisma Wah Chan, PJ Sek 51A]
**Availability**: Immediate preferred
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform front desk reception duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiries.
- Manage daily parcel and courier deliveries - receiving and distribution.
- Coordinate daily lunch ordering - ensure all food orders are properly recorded and communicated to relevant parties.
- Support basic admin tasks including data entry, document filing, and record updates.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **SPM** qualification - **fresh graduates are encouraged to apply**:
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
