**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for delivering goods to branches and customers, arranging transport for spare parts, handling JPJ inspection arrangements, and maintaining company vehicles.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Pack and prepare parts for delivery to branches and dealers.
- Prepare and check TDO (Transport Delivery Order) for external transporters.
- Arrange vehicle inspection appointments with JPJ.
- Send out courier parts and ensure addresses are correct.
- Schedule vehicle maintenance three times a year.
- Deliver breakdown parts promptly.
- File shipping documents in order.
- Load goods into lorries and containers safely without damage or shortage.

- Minimize damage/loss during transport.
- Maintain trucks to reduce cost and avoid penalties.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries (Right quantity, Right time, Right location, Right item, Right method).
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure delivery satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification with valid GDL license.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Skilled in truck driving and basic maintenance.
- Able to perform duties independently.

**Tujuan Jawatan**:
Bertanggungjawab menghantar barangan ke cawangan dan pelanggan, mengurus pengangkutan alat ganti, mengatur pemeriksaan JPJ, serta menyelenggara kenderaan syarikat.

**Tanggungjawab Utama**:

- Membungkus dan menyediakan alat ganti untuk penghantaran ke cawangan atau pengedar.
- Menyediakan dan menyemak TDO (Transport Delivery Order) untuk penghantar luar.
- Mengatur tarikh pemeriksaan kenderaan dengan JPJ.
- Menghantar alat ganti melalui perkhidmatan kurier dan memastikan alamat betul.
- Menjadualkan penyelenggaraan kenderaan tiga kali setahun.
- Menghantar alat ganti ke lokasi kenderaan rosak tepat pada masa.
- Menyusun dan menyimpan dokumen penghantaran dengan teratur.
- Memuatkan barang ke dalam lori atau kontena dengan selamat tanpa kerosakan atau kekurangan.

**Hasil Utama**:

- Mengurangkan kerosakan dan kehilangan barang semasa penghantaran.
- Menyelenggara lori dengan baik untuk mengurangkan kos dan elak penalti JPJ/Puspakom.
- Memastikan penghantaran tepat mengikut konsep 5R (Kuantiti, Masa, Lokasi, Barang, Kaedah yang betul).
- Mengekalkan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan memastikan kepuasan penghantaran.

**Kelayakan**:

- Minimum SPM dengan lesen GDL sah.
- Sekurang-kurangnya 2 tahun pengalaman kerja.
- Mahir memandu lori dan asas penyelenggaraan.
- Boleh bekerja sendiri tanpa pengawasan.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
