**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute product assortment strategies tailored to the local community’s preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product placement and promotions.
- Collaborate with store teams to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shelf presentation.
- Support the introduction of new products, including local and sustainable items.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align merchandising with promotional campaigns.
- Conduct regular store walks to assess merchandising effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Prepare reports on sales trends, stock turnover, and merchandising performance.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in grocery or FMCG retail.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail analytics tools.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for community-based retail and local products.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a neighbourhood grocery store.
- Knowledge of local food trends and sustainable sourcing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
