**JOB DESCRIPTION - KIOSK CASHIER**

**Position**: Kiosk Cashier
**Salary Range**: RM2,500 - RM2,900 (include OT 3hrs)
**Working Hours**: 10AM - 10PM (OT applicable)

**1. Job Summary**

The Kiosk Cashier is responsible for handling daily cashier operations, assisting customers, maintaining product display and kiosk cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales activities.

**2. Key ResponsibilitiesCashiering & Sales**
- Operate the POS system and handle all cash, e-wallet, and card transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges when required.
- Ensure daily sales closing is accurate and balanced.

**Customer Service**
- Greet customers warmly and provide product information when needed.
- Assist customers in choosing products and respond to inquiries politely.
- Ensure a pleasant purchasing experience for all customers.

**Product Handling & Display**
- Arrange products neatly and maintain an attractive kiosk display.
- Assist in product packing and replenishing stock.
- Check inventory levels and inform supervisor of low stocks.

**Kiosk Cleanliness & Maintenance**
- Maintain cleanliness of the kiosk area at all times.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly used and stored.

**General & Ad-hoc Duties**
- Assist in simple preparation of products (if required).
- Support team members during peak hours.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

**3. Requirements**
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Experience in cashiering or customer service is an advantage.
- Friendly, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Able to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to start immediately (preferred).

**4. Working Conditions**
- Standing for long hours may be required.
- Fast-paced kiosk environment.
- OT may be required during peak periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month

**Experience**:

- CASHIER: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Latest Typhoid CERT (preferred)
