**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
1) Front office: To greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
2) Informing veterinarians about (walk-in) emergency cases immediately
3) Answering phone calls: Redirect to WhatsApp for appointments
4) Answering Whatsapp : With the veterinarians guidelines
5) Making appointments: assigning cases to the correct veterinarians and correct timing using Kreloses system
6) Cashier : Taking payment and closing account precisely
7) Assistant pharmacist: Explaining how to give medication to clients accurately, preparing medication precisely as veterinarian prescription, stock check, maintain pharmacy inventory
8) Coordinating the flow of the clinic in making sure no overload or insufficiency of cases - in a way that all staff could rest on time and veterinarians not over exhausted
9) To maintain cleanliness at the front office: daily dusting of displayed products and waiting area and clean the clinic
10) Putting the open sign in the morning and after break hour. Putting up close sign during closing and before break.
11) Updating hospitalised and boarding animal condition to owner, according to veterinarians instruction - usually only by directly forwarding the updates prepared in the morning and evnening
12) Making sure clients wait patiently for their turn and not to disturb veterinarians for trivial matter
13) Other work-related responsibilities as instructed by employer

6) Good writing and spoken in English Language and Malay Language
7) Good calculation skills / money handling
