**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to ensure user-centered solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools/technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for design handoff.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
