**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and creative **Marketing Manager** to lead and expand brand presence in the **Web3 and institutional market**. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution — driving digital marketing, partnerships, and events to build awareness and credibility across the blockchain ecosystem.

You will work closely with senior management and product teams to position the brand as a trusted leader in the digital asset and institutional fintech landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, content, and event channels.
- Create impactful marketing materials — including blog posts, decks, visuals, and website updates.
- Manage **B2B and institutional marketing campaigns** across online and offline platforms.
- Build partnerships with **Web3 communities, media, and ecosystem collaborators**.
- Plan and manage **events, conferences, and roadshows** to enhance visibility and outreach.
- Collect market insights and client feedback to guide product positioning and strategy.
- Track and report marketing performance to measure ROI and optimize effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- **3-6 years of experience** in marketing, communications, or brand management.
- Strong background in **B2B or institutional client marketing**.
- Knowledge of **Web3, blockchain, or fintech** industries.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
- Proficient in digital tools (SEO, social media platforms, and content systems).
- Independent, resourceful, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

**Preferred Skills**
- Design familiarity using **Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite**.
- Experience with **vendor management and media planning**.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and ownership.
- Proficiency in **Mandarin** is an advantage.
