**Responsibilities**:
Manage and oversee all shipping operations, including coordination with carriers, suppliers, government, marine insurance, fumigation and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Monitor and analyze shipping costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Maintain relationships with carriers and suppliers, negotiating contracts and rates as needed.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to shipping and transportation.

Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

2+ years of experience in shipping and logistics, with a proven track record of success.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely manner.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
