1. Planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of the clinics to ensure efficiency.

2. Control resources and to ensure that the staffs function is adequately staffed and trained to deliver an efficient service to the patients.

3. Managing and supervising all clinical staffs and resident doctor by communicating the importance of patient satisfaction and motivating them to perform effectively.

4. Cooperate with Marketing department with tools like checklists and scripts that help them to deliver consistent service across multiple customers.

5. Develop or improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to establish a centralized customer service business unit whilst enhancing current processes.

6. Ensure accuracy of customer details and the right information given to the patient.

7. Review and follow up patient's satisfaction surveys, including preparing action plans to address any process or performance issues discovered during review.

8. Attending to any complaints logged by patients in a professional and timely manner and provide the necessary action plans and communicating in a professional manner to all parties involved.

9. Performing monthly and yearly evaluations of all staffs according to performance and participation.

10. Working with the Human Resources Department to recruit and train new personnel.

11. Review and propose the action plans or strategies (with a clear timeline) to improve patient’s satisfaction or journey.

12. Maintaining a high standard of customer service according to clinic's SOP.

13. Review and prepare weekly and monthly reports by each sub division of operation for upper management.

14. Determining the future goals of the hospitality division by studying market trends and working with the marketing team.

15. Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently.

16. Assist in pricing products or services by conducting the market surveys.

17. Contribute ideas and work closely with the Marketing department to increase the company's sales.

18. Participate and contribute to relevant management meetings.
