**Internship Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to join our Human Resources and Administration team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and administrative tasks while contributing to our organizational goals.
**HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT**
- Monitoring and updating HR records, such as employees’ personnel files, leave records, benefit records and other records in a proper manner.
- Assisting in formation and implementation of company’s policies.
- Assisting in identifying and managing training and development needs for employees.
**OFFICE ADMINISTRATION**
- Managing & upkeep of company assets, including laptops (purchase, repair, upkeep) and other hardware.
- Managing & upkeep of office and general equipment.
- Handling general documentation and paperwork.
- Gathering any information required by the company.
- Handling other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
