**Objective**:
1. To accurately estimate and manage costs for construction projects.

2. To ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising quality.

3. To provide financial and contractual advice to project stakeholders.

4. To monitor project progress and financial performance.

5. To contribute to the successful completion of construction projects within budget.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare bill of quantities and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.

2. Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.

3. Manage project budgets and track expenses throughout the construction process.

4. Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.

5. Provide advice on procurement strategies and cost-saving opportunities.

6. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

7. Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.

8. Resolve any financial or contractual disputes that may arise during the project.

9. Ad-hoc tasks by superior

**Requirement**:
Bachelor's diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying

1 year experience in construction field will be in advantage

Strong knowledge of construction costs & contracts

Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Excel, AutoCAD

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Able to travel
