**Job Summary**:
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product quality, and leading the store team to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth store operations.

**Key Responsibilities:Operations Management**
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and coordinate restocking with the central kitchen.
- Ensure product quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions promptly.

**Team Leadership & Training**
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assign tasks and ensure all team members follow SOPs.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance management.
- Address staff concerns and maintain a positive work environment.

**Customer Service & Sales**
- Ensure customers have a pleasant experience by delivering quality service.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets.
- Implement promotional activities and upselling techniques to boost revenue.

**Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and food handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate daily sales records, reports, and store performance tracking.
- Report operational and maintenance issues to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a supervisory role within F&B or retail.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Experience in inventory management and staff scheduling is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
