**Summary of Job Functions**:

- Involve in the tracking of tasks and activities completion for the areas which include but not limited to:

- Data Conversion and Migration
- System Configuration and Build
- System integration with other 3rd party systems and other interfaces part of the scope of work
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Deployment cutover
- Liaise with the Vendor PMO personnel to ensure project progresses are properly tracked and updated for reporting.
- Coordinate with Vendor PMO, (e.g. Change Management Team, Process & Organisation Team, Value Creation Team. etc), other system partners and other focal personnel on the activities to be planned and conducted to meet the target deadlines and deliverables.
- Highlight issues and risks based on the status progress by each stream.
- Able to also provide some technical recommendation and best approaches or practices based on the current phases of the project, e.g. business requirement, design, build, testing activities, cutover and deployment.
- Responsible for the tracking and reporting to project team and management.
- To provide proper handover / smooth transition to project team upon project go-live.
- Other tasks as required to function as PMO for the projects.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledgeable and experience in Enterprise Resource Planning and other procurement and contract management solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Icertis, Agiloft, etc.
- Have completed PMO related roles from previous project experiences.
- Possess good understanding in project management lifecycle especially in tracking project progress, managing project risks and issues and coordination of multiple activities to meet target deadlines.
- Possess good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Have completed training / foundation in project management office or project management.
- Certification in Agile Project Management / Project Management Professional is preferred but not mandatory.
