**Accountant / Snr Accounts Executive**

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and journal entries

Prepare and process monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and applicable regulations

Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and credit card statements

Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Prepare tax returns and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits

Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvements in financial performance

Support financial analysis and reporting for management and stakeholders

Assist in maintaining internal controls and ensuring date integrity

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (required)

Min 5-7 years of experience required for this position

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
