_**Responsibility**:_
- Take ownership and accountability for individual productivity and utilise resources effectively to impact individual productivity.
- Servicing all customers according to the Forever 21 approach standards and maintaining an energetic presence and high level of enthusiasm on the sales floor.
- Participate as a team member and encourage the team to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Work with the team to follow relevant SOPs and ensure smooth and efficient store operations that promote and protect the company's business interests.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records, submit regular reports to track progress and effectiveness, and ensure activities align with the company's overall strategy.

- Must possess at least a high-school diploma (SPM)
