**Responsibilities**
- Update and revise existing Operating Procedures as per Operating Procedures Guidelines and associated operations manuals/philosophies.
- Develop standardize template for the operations procedure with consistent format and language.
- Ensures procedures are developed, reviewed, approved, and distributed to appropriate personnel in accordance with the established approval process cycle.
- Create an accurate log of active procedures.
- To work closely with offshore technician, Team Lead, Supervisor to ensure that procedures are accurate, reflect all necessary comments and comply with the generally accepted site procedure.
- Interpret engineering drawings and manuals P & IDs, PFDs, Isometrics, Single Line Diagrams, plot plans and vendor manuals.
- Produce technically accurate, complete and ‘easy to understand’ documents for Operations.
- To produce comprehensive, easy to follow, consistent in format written operational procedures.
- Procedures to be agreed and in place in accordance with agreed timetable.
- Conduct and facilitate OP workshop for OP review with TA and offshore personnel.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering with offshore operation background.
- 10+ years working in oil & gas industry. Ex-OIM or offshore supervisor level would be an added advantage.
- 6+ years of proven experience in writing and producing technical documentation.
- Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Advanced level writing skill and strong vocabulary and grammar is critical to the success of this position.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proven interest in keeping abreast of HSE technical developments and industry trends.
