1. To work closely in coordination with other internal departments to ensure smooth plan production through good management skills and follow-ups.

2. To ensure good operational process including labelling, packing and sorting of products.

3. Responsible for new customer’s account registration.

4. To manage incoming or outgoing receiving and deliveries.

5. To maintain record of warehouse transaction.

6. Delivery order preparation for outbound shipment.

7. Responsible in stock count on inbound shipment.

8. Ensure all goods are well maintain and properly stored.

9. Resolving customer complaints, concerns and conflicts.

10. To participate actively in any other new services that is introduced by the company.

11. To comply with Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) and Warehouse Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

12. Perform any others duties as and when required by the management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
