Procurement Officer

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to assist & execute all relevant procurement and administrative tasks
- Ensure all goods or services are purchased according to Company Procurement Policy & Procedure
- ourcing Suppliers & negotiate prices, warranties, payments, delivery term & etc with Suppliers
- Compare & evaluate offers from Suppliers
- To conduct new supplier research to meet company demand
- To conduct suppliers’ performance evaluations for ISO audit compliance
- To assist monitor Paper Stock Inventory for printing
- To handle monthly Paper Stock Closing
- To monitor deliveries and to expediate deliveries to meet the deadlines as per required
- To identify cost-saving opportunities for Company cost reduction plan
- To perform any ad hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time
**Qualifications**
- 1 to 2 years working experience in similar field.
- Familiar with the Printing and Paper industries will prioritized.
- Possess good negotiation, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
