**About Us**:
The Raw International Sdn. Bhd. is a dynamic and fast-growing company managing the beauty brand _The Raw _a brand backed by pharmaceutical science, available in major retail and e-commerce platforms.

We are looking for a passionate and driven **HR Intern** to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various areas of human resources.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview arrangements)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Assist with administrative tasks and HR documentation
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
