**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Support bookkeeping and data entry into accounting systems or spreadsheets.
- Help prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Assist in **preparing documents for tax filing** (e.g. SST, PCB, or corporate tax) and ensure records are properly organized.
- Assist in audit preparation and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

**Requirements**:

- Open to students currently pursuing a **Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance,**or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Eager to learn, responsible, and attentive to details.
- Good teamwork and organizational skills.
