Secretary & Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and well-organized Secretary & Receptionist to join our architecture firm. You will play a key role in managing front-desk operations, administrative support, and general office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
Administrative Support
- Assist with daily office operations and clerical tasks (filing, photocopying, data entry).
- Help organize and maintain office documents and records.
- Support procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
HR & Staff Support (Basic Level)
- Assist with tracking staff attendance and leave records.
- Support basic HR filing and documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude, good time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a small team.
Added Advantage
- Knowledge of basic HR or accounting processes.
- Familiar with handling documents like quotations, invoices, and project files.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
