**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage soft services operations at client sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Inspect facilities and monitor team performance and safety.
- Prepare and deliver operational reports and dashboards.
- Support finance and billing processes through proper documentation and coordination.
- Manage vendors and monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Maintain and review site compliance documents and certifications.
- Address customer inquiries and service-related feedback promptly.
- Assist in emergency response and incident reporting.
- Support technology adoption and data accuracy.
- Lead and coordinate the on-site team to ensure service excellence.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of **5 years’ experience** in engineering facility management, preferably within **building, township, or district management** environments.
- **Degree in Facility Management or Engineering** are preferred.
- Strong operational leadership
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and enterprising mindset
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,300.00 per month
