We are looking for a proactive and responsible **E-Commerce & TikTok Shop Executive** to manage and grow our online presence across platforms including **TikTok Shop (TikTok Mall), Shopee, and Lazada**. You will be responsible for product listings, customer service, content management, and day-to-day operations of our online stores — with a key focus on **TikTok Shop** as our primary platform.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain our online stores across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions through each platform.
- Coordinate promotions, vouchers, and campaign participation.
- Monitor store performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock levels and order fulfillment accuracy.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing content for TikTok Shop.
- Preferably able to host or assist with **TikTok Live** sessions for product promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
- Good communication skills, especially in replying to customer inquiries.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of marketplace operations, including promotions, campaigns, and analytics.

**Preferred (but not required)**
- Experience with **TikTok Shop/Mall operations**.
- Comfortable in front of the camera or interested in doing **TikTok Live**.
- Familiarity with Xiao Hong Shu / other regional platforms is a bonus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
