**About Our Client**:
Our client is an ad tech consultancy founded in 2009 that helps marketers adopt advanced advertising and creative solutions, primarily through the Google Marketing Platform. They offer services in ad technology, programmatic solutions, data analytics, creative solutions, and training enablement to enhance clients' digital maturity and campaign effectiveness across the Asia-Pacific region. They act as a certified Sales Partner for Google Marketing Platform products and emphasizes strategic thinking, agility, and a diverse, multicultural approach to problem-solving.

**Job Scope**:
**Customer Success & Support**
- Assist in onboarding and training customers on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP).
- Support the Customer Success Manager in nurturing relationships with our existing clients.
- Create and maintain essential documentation for product updates, roadmaps, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive Digital Maturity solutions.

**Digital Analytics & Optimization**
- Assist in GA and Media tracking implementation and QA.
- Contribute to CRO experiment setup using tools like AB Tasty and VWO.
- Assist in building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards.

**Project Contribution**
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and internal initiatives, contributing to the growth and innovation of the company.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience: 0-2 years in digital marketing, ad tech, analytics, or related fields.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Language: Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), both written and spoken.
- Skills & Traits:

- Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and self-driven.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new things.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written expression, with strong interpersonal and listening skills to foster effective dialogue
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and engage different audiences
- Tech Knowledge (Bonus Points):

- Basic understanding of SEM and Programmatic media buying.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Experience with GMP products, GA4, GTM, CRO tools

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
