- Review and provide feedback on drawings, coordinating with base building activities.
- Conduct design studies and analysis.
- Perform routine inspections and hold induction meetings.
- Coordinate with various departments, tenants, contractors, and designers.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with mall guidelines.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Building or Interior Design
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Quick learner with strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia skills, proficiency in any other additional languages is an added advantage.
- Good in Autocad, Excel and Word.
