**Position title **:Admin Assistant
**Department **:Dream Service Centre _(DSC)_, Sitiawan
**Job responsibilities**:
1. Assists in department daily routine and perform DSC daily job.
2. Assists in calling and scheduling customer appointments.
3. Assists in document filing.
4. Responsible for payment key-in.
5. Proactive in monitoring customer complain cases.
6. Handle the job arrangements for Coway technicians.
7. Monitor the facilities of the office.
8. Carry out ad-hoc duties when required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any discipline.
- Preferably 1 year of working experience in administration, customer service or equivalent.
- Able to work overtime and rotation duty on public holidays.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- **Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.**:
- Able to communicate in Malay & English.
- Position is based in **Sitiawan, Perak.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
