The Executive reports directly to the Head of Group HR Business Partners. He/She will have oversight for the business units in scope, such as these business groups may include Solutions Delivery, Corporate Services or over a combination of geographies, with the focus on SEA region.

The role involves the driving, defining and the delivering of HR expertise to internal customer groups in the business units as assigned. The majority of the time shall be focused on working with the line leadership, providing guidance and expertise on all aspects of people interventions. The Executive will work in the business environment as assigned, face to face with customers and be an integrated part of the business unit’s management team. He/She will be a relatively seasoned HR professional and will enjoy using influencing, relationship building and decision-making skills to align, as well as tailor top level HR Priorities to meet the people agenda of the business.

A large proportion of this role is focused on workforce planning while partnering with our Talent Acquisition COE to acquire talents, onboard them, and collaborating closely with Comp & Bens function to review best fit market-aligned terms and conditions of employment for existing entities and new entities under his/her scope of business partnering. As relevant to curating the best fit people solution, partnering with Organization Learning & Development on business group engagement and organization change initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement end-to-end HR strategies to meet the People Priorities in the business unit(s) within scope
- Provide input into the Global HR strategy as an enabler of delivering HR interventions to meet the broader Business Strategy
- Develop effective working relationship with local and global customer groups to ensure HR initiatives are well aligned to business requirements
- Define, develop and establish Workforce Plans in collaboration with internal customer organizations as assigned
- Lead and deploy strategy for Talent acquisition, recruitment and retention strategy
- Drive, and deliver to the Talent Management, Career Development and Succession Planning agenda
- Identify improvement opportunities (e. Outputs from HR analytics) and work with internal customers to design and develop solutions/priorities on people needs
- Provide ‘best practice’ advice and guidance on HR issues to local customer groups, HR team and HR designates within the geography
- Coach and support line managers to ensure effective management of their people
- Work closely with other HRBPs and Head of HR Business Partners to design, develop and deploy relevant Employer Branding initiatives that are well aligned to changing needs of the talent pool
- Lead and/or support the delivery of HR projects to ensure the delivery of global, regional and local HR and business priorities
- Source internal / external partners/vendors to deliver HR expertise
- Support the Head of HRBP on annual compensation initiatives, such as annual salary review, incentive plan administration

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Headcount and respective budget managed for Business Unit(s) as assigned
- Culture Survey and follow-up interventions, effectiveness of these interventions
- Employee attrition, with a target of established for each Financial year
- Recruitment turnaround of 90 days from approval of Requisition to Job Offer in working with team of recruiters in HR Operations
- Positive impact on internal customer satisfaction
- Positive work relationship with HR Operations

**Education & Track Record**
- Degree in Business, preferably with specialization in HRM
- At least 6-8 years of experience in HR, with 2 years in HR Business Partnering
- Previous professional HR experience, preferably in sub-region
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Experience of delivering effective solutions to address people issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
