1. Report duty and collects respective floor keys from Supervisor in-charge.

2. Check all rooms on section for occupancy and return report to Supervisor.

3. Check checkout rooms to check the items missing.

4. Checks cleaning supplies, trolley, closet and vacuum cleaner, get requirements from Linen Room if sufficient.

5. Remove Room Service trays to service area and call Rooms Service for collection.

6. Remove soiled linens and towels and replace with clean ones.

7. Remove trashes and cleans containers.

8. Makes bed according to requirement, with fresh linens.

9. Clean ashtrays, glasses, mugs, teaspoon.

10. Vacuum carpet, spot clean, shampoo, wall, ceiling, furniture and drapes.

11. Clean telephone, television electrical cords, mirror and windows as required.

12. Wipes closet, bedhead, all furniture, bulbs and light fixtures.

13. Replenishes clean towels, tissues, soap, matches, shower cap, glass plastics container and ice pitcher.

14. Replenishes stationeries, coffee sachet and other room supplies.

15. Cleans bathroom wall, ceiling, door and mirrors.

16. Clean bathroom vanity, basin, toilet, tub and shower curtain.

17. Scrubs and disinfects mosaic floor and toilet bowl.

18. Polishes surface and chrome fixtures.

19. Report and returns lost & found department items found and left behind by guest. Either valuable or non valuable in checkout rooms or occupied.

20. Report repairs and maintenance needed.

21. Makes report on any irregularities observed during course of work to Superior.

22. Cleans and cares for all equipment used.

23. Does turn down service (evening maid)

24. Attend to guest request-send baby cot, extra bed, mattresses and etc.

25. Turn mattress according to the month as labeled.

26. Replenishes trolleys, closets with all supplies.

27. Vacuum corridor carpet and clean standing ashtray at lift lending and maintain cleanliness at all times.

28. Sweep, mop, clean cobwebs at staircases and staff lift lending and thorough clean as schedule.

29. Thorough clean guest rooms during low period as schedule.

30. Assist Public Area cleaners and linen room whenever required.

31. Ensures that all keys are returned back to Supervisor and areas assigned are in good order before signing off duty.

32. Carries out any other duties that may be assigned.

33. Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time / or as and when required.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
