We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **IT, Cybersecurity & Network Intern** to join our team. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, basic cybersecurity practices, and network support. You will also be involved in onboarding tasks for new hires, helping set up systems and staff access.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General IT Support_
- Assist in daily troubleshooting of hardware, software, and system issues.
- Support basic maintenance of company devices (laptops, desktops).
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
- IT Setup for New Employees_
- Format and configure laptops and desktop PCs for new hires.
- Set up user credentials and provide initial system access (Wi-Fi, shared drives, tools).
- Coordinate basic tech onboarding and handover of IT equipment.
- Cybersecurity Support_
- Assist in monitoring antivirus systems and performing routine scans.
- Support implementation of security updates, patches, and firewalls.
- Help conduct internal audits and maintain cybersecurity logs.
- Network Support_
- Assist in maintaining basic network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi).
- Troubleshoot and escalate network issues as needed.
- Help document network configurations and perform regular checks.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering**, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware/software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month
