Admin & Account Assistant

Job Description:
- Obtain and maintain thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance are performed in a timely and accurate manner
- To assist in verifying and processing of staff claims, invoices from suppliers, journal entries and utilities bill in timely manner
- To maintain proper filing of accounting documents for internal record.
- To process all relevant entries related to reimbursement or payment into system.
- To perform any other task requested by the superior, manager, HOD etc.
Education qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or any related course
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in accounting/finance
Skills & Abilities:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- high level of accuracy
- Knowledge SAGE UBS accounting & billing and also MS Office proficiency
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
