Attends internal and external meetings and takes meeting notes - Organize and schedule appointments and meetings - Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms - Develop and maintain a filing system - Provide general support to visitors, suppliers - Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques - Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures. - Provides front desk coverage as needed for backup. - Audits/processes staff claims, overtime and attendance - Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable records. - Solves problems associated with vendors regarding shipments, billing, and statements. - Handles event planning for meetings, professional development, and other department initiatives. - Performs other related duties as assigned. - Manage all the SSM/MPM license/ CKAPS requirements accordingly
